I'm getting a Watson (50mcg) gel patch on Tuesday or Wednesday. Goodness, I can't wait. Was on them about 2 years ago, and when came off (after about 1-2 months of using) was a nightmare to come off. But oh, I can't wait to rip them open and taste that gel and get my little rush!!! And I only had to pay $30 versus the $75 that is being charged here! A little riskier perhaps, but I am starting to think I can't afford these prices! :)

I never did smoke them. If I had the Watsons, I ate the gel ; if I had the Mylan brand, I'd suck them in my mouth. Didn't know you could smoke. But then again, smoking Heroin never did much for me....

I too am looking for fentanyl patches, 100 mcg/ph. I prefer Watson, which still has the reservoir pouch. I wear them, and Watsons seem to have more usable fentanyl than the Mylan, but any port in a storm. I also use 2-3 Fentora fentanyl buccal tabs a day, 600mcg. But these are relatively rare, so I'll probably have better luck trying to get Actiq lollipops, which I'd need from 10-20 pops.
I'm a chronic pain patient who has used the patches for several years. Right now I use 2x100mcg patches every 48 hours (30 patches a month). But sometimes, maybe every 2-3 months or so, because of spikes in pain I run short several days before the end of the month when I can re-up with more patches. It's like an act of Congress to get my pain doc to write a bridge scrip to make those extra few days, so I'm giving Silk Road a try.
So I'd love to be able to find a fairly reliable source for patches. I'm talking 1-2 boxes (5 patches in each box) for each order. In fact I'll need at least 1 box of 100's by July 11, and Actiq suckers too, 400mcg. I know whole boxes of patches is probably a lot for someone to regularly have available for sale, so one-time transactions are good too.

Wow, that must be really hard. And that's a lot of patches to have to take. It seems for the most part, people are selling the patches that they get every month here, so you're right you won't run into regular boxes of patches or pops regularly.
If it's just a few days you need to fill the gap of, what about 80mg Oxys? I believe those are sold here, and might be easier to obtain than a regular supply of patches (the patches seem to go quick).
Last, I'm sure this is a stupid question, but have you tried a pain management clinic in addition or outside of your doctor? Your doctor must realize that opiate tolerate patients tolerance increase with years of use, and therefore will occasionally need to account for this. Maybe also try changing doctors...

Well, my doc IS a pain clinic doc. It's just that he's been resistant to moving up for the last year or so.

What are you paying for 100 MCG Mylans? Not worth it to me to supply only 3 though. I get several boxes of 10.

The Mylans come 5 to a box....
There was a seller who had a few 100's, but they are now gone.
I'd like to see more sellers as well. I thought there would be a lot more, seeing as you can get 50/60 for 1 100 patch.
Awhile ago there was a Dilly seller up, but haven't seen the post in some time, I would love to try a few of those!
I had a few hospital visits, was shot up with it, man was that nice!
